Due to their rapid growth, they are now seeking an experienced Manager to further develop the “Office business” in the Italian and German-speaking countries. Business Director Office Furniture and Seating Italy and German-speaking countries In this high-profile position, you will work directly with the Group’s senior management todevelop successfully a long term growth for the Italian and German-speaking marketsthrough an ongoing dialogue with architects and designers in the countries of you competence. The right individual will have a strong experience in the field of sales & marketing, developed in companies with a strong brand. The knowledge of the logics of working closely witharchitects and designers is a fundamental requirement, that’s why the experience in the same business (either furniture or seating) is considered relevant. You have good inter-personal skills and the ability to develop a growing business. You are a self-motivated individual with strong entrepreneurial skills and an open mindset to work with different cultures. You are willing to make business trips in the areas of your competence. You are fluent in Italian and English – other languages will be considered a plus.
